Axelby Restart

AI-powered IT support

Your employee types on the PC. Axel checks, asks for permission and fixes it.

Axel reads the machine's state on its own, proposes a fix and runs it only after a “yes”. When a person is needed, the case goes to a technician with everything Axel has already checked.

How it works

Three levels, one case

Every request starts at the fastest level and moves up only when needed. Whoever steps in next finds the case already worked up.

  1. Assistant

    Answers and fixes common issues

Reads the PC's state, applies approved procedures and asks for permission before every action.

  2. Expert assistant

    Handles the hard cases

A more capable model picks up the same case, digs deeper into the diagnosis and proposes a plan to approve.

  3. Technician

    Takes what needs a person

Receives the case with the checks already done, decides on the proposed plan and replies to the employee.

Strengths

It does the work instead of handing it to the user

If Axel can read a value or run a command, it does it itself. It only asks the user for permission.

Reads on its own

Services, disks, network, updates: Axel collects the information from the PC instead of asking the employee for it.

Nothing without permission

Every action is announced in the chat with “May I go ahead?” and stays recorded in the case, along with who approved it.

Privacy before the AI

With Privacy turned on, the personal data Axel recognises is replaced before it reaches the AI.

Transparent with employees

Every employee can read what Axel sees on their PC, and what it doesn't.

One complete case

Diagnosis, permissions, actions and replies all stay in the same case, so whoever picks it up already knows what was done.

Always reachable

Two internet lines with automatic failover and a public status page for outages and maintenance.

For companies

You decide how much it does on its own

Each company picks its mode and can change it at any time. The employee's permission is always required.

RestrictiveAxel diagnoses and proposes; almost everything goes through a technician.
NormalFixes common issues on its own with approved procedures.
PermissiveMore room for the expert assistant on hard cases.

Security, accounts, network and domain stay with the IT department, unless the company sets an explicit rule.

For IT providers

One console for every company you look after

Each company is kept apart from the others, with its own rules and technicians. See what the AI costs per ticket and per month, with a cap and a budget you set.
